CNC Machine Programmer and Operator Role 
 As a skilled CNC machine programmer and operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to meet production requirements.
- Setting up and operating CNC machines with precision and accuracy.
 
 
- Developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs using G-code and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
 
 
- Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and computer-aided design (CAD) models to ensure accurate setup and operation.
 
 
- Conducting first-article inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.
 
 
- Troubleshooting machine issues and adjusting parameters to optimize performance.
 
 
- Maintaining detailed records of setups, tooling, and production runs to ensure efficiency and productivity.
 
 
Requirements:  
- Proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
 
 
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software, including experience with popular software applications.
 
 
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols to ensure accurate setup and operation.
 
 
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
