Lead CNC programming and machining to achieve ultimate cycle time and process capabilities.
Responsibilities
Create CNC program and cutting tool selections for top cycle performance.
Develop process sheet and inspection checklist.
Control CNC program and tool‐list including machine set‐up and cycle time.
Maintain engineering documents per AS9100 quality requirements.
Manage New Product Introduction and First Article machining.
Troubleshoot process and CA related to technical issues; document CNC program and tool‐list control.
Train new machinist.
Other ad‐hoc duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Minimum ITE 2 or equivalent, preferably in Precision Metal Machining.
Able to work independently in a fast‐pace environment.
Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in CNC programming and machining.
Good knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak/Touch programming.
