Job Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Make and serve toast, including specialty toppings, spreads and accompaniments.
- Prepare desserts and traditional items such as chendol with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Handle all behind-the-counter duties efficiently, including serving customers and maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, notifying supervisors when stock is low.
- Operate coffee machines, toasters and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in training junior staff or new team members on beverage preparation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries or special requests professionally.
II.
Experience and Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in coffee and beverage preparation, toast or dessert making.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment handling and beverage consistency.
- Experience in a fast-paced café or food & beverage environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary Range
- Up to $3,000, depending on experience and skill level.
