Responsibilities
· Manage Digitisation / Workflow / Exchange / AI projects
· Key liaison officer between clients and internal business units
· Job scope encompasses consultation, negotiation & management
· Manage full project lifecycle from planning, execution, tracking and monitoring of SLA, review and reporting on project progress, project documentation & project P&L
· Provide project consultation and designing best practices for business workflow digitalization and document & data digitization
· Provide AI and ML consultation on data enrichment for new insights, workflow enhancements with more intelligence and B2B collaboration with better matching
· Accounts receivable oversight
· Provide pre-sales consultation
· Review As-Is processes and recommend To-Be processes to improve process effectiveness and efficiency for clients
