Regional Sales Manager (Food & Industrial Ingredients) – Asia Pacific
Our client is a European ingredients manufacturer with a strong regional presence and technical support network across Asia Pacific.
The Singapore office oversees commercial activities and partners closely with application and innovation centres in the region.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop key accounts and distributors across assigned markets
Drive business growth through technical sales and application support
Monitor demand, pricing, and product allocations based on market needs
Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer developments
Support continuous improvement of regional sales processes and structures
Requirements
Min.
5 years of experience in regional or international B2B sales or technical marketing within food ingredients or industrial raw materials
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the region
