Job Description
Commis Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all
applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards.
He/she needs to follow established food production
programs and procedures.
This includes appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste
and fraud.

5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends.
Time: 10.30am to 2.30pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm (Split Shift)
