ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to the Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment C&Q team on the implementation and execution of the C&Q programme in accordance with established C&Q processes
- Abide by all safety requirements and procedures, serve as a positive model to others, reinforce safety in meetings, and perform periodic field observation and feedback
- Lead a team as the system owner in preparing and executing Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment C&Q documents, ensuring achievement of the project schedule, track and report progress to the C&Q Manager
- Provide strong working technical knowledge of Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment systems regarding the development of protocols, their execution, and close out
- Ensure technical work quality, consistency, and alignment with the C&Q programme for the Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment C&Q team
- Prepare, review, and approve C&Q documentation in the Kneat platform with a key focus on traceability to User Requirements
- Coordinate with Engineering Compliance, QA, and other stakeholders to assure alignment and agreement on document preparation for Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment systems
- Collaborate with other project disciplines (automation, construction, engineering, end user) to support integration of activities
- Train Biopharmaceutical Process Equipment personnel on the C&Q programme and its implementation in execution
- Report proposals for deviation from the C&Q program, issues for escalation regarding document review and approval turnaround times, execution timelines, and unresolved stakeholder issues
ABOUT YOU
- Academic background: Degree in engineering (M.
Sc. / B.
Sc.) or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of C&Q execution experience in the Pharmaceutical sector, with at least 1 year in a C&Q execution leadership role
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of GMPs, regulatory requirements, equipment commissioning and qualification
- Proficient in the use of DeltaV
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple parties and coordination
- You have an ability to synthesize and resolve complex issues collaboratively
