Our BIXEPS Mitocharge programs use novel, non-invasive muscle stimulation technology to improve strength, mobility, and balance among older adults — without physical strain.
Now used in over 30 eldercare centers in Singapore, our goal is to scale this impact across hundreds more partners in the coming years.
We are looking for a dynamic, partnership-focused professional to help us bring this vision to life.
As our Community & Partnerships Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the BIXEPS MitoCharge program across the Eldercare, Fitness and Longevity ecosystem.
You'll craft outreach strategies, build strong community relationships, and drive awareness and engagement among seniors, caregivers, and eldercare providers.
You'll be a builder — of communities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Community & Partner Engagement
· Actively grow our network of eldercare partners, including senior centers, fitness and rehab centres, and health agencies.
· Organize and support on-site events, community days, and partner engagement activities.
· Build and nurture online and offline communities around senior wellness.
Communications & Marketing
· Design and execute campaigns to promote MitoCharge-based fitness clubs and wellness programs.
· Develop tailored content (flyers, newsletters, social media posts, short videos) for seniors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
· Maintain a consistent, empathetic voice across all materials and channels.
Growth Strategy & Execution
· Collaborate with the program team to identify new partnership and outreach opportunities.
· Pilot innovative community marketing ideas (e.g., ambassador programs, referral campaigns, storytelling initiatives).
· Contribute insights to help refine service models, club offerings, and user engagement strategies.
Tracking & Feedback
· Monitor campaign results, lead generation, and participation growth.
· Gather testimonials and user feedback to support storytelling and impact reporting.
· Adapt marketing tactics based on analytics and on-the-ground learnings.
· A self-starter who thrives on building from the ground up.
· Skilled at growing Partnerships and Communities but driven by mission — especially in community health.
· Great communicator, especially with older adults, caregivers, and grassroots stakeholders.
· Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
· Experience working with non-profits, health tech startups, or eldercare providers is a plus.
· Bonus points for: design skills, fluency in local languages, or experience with senior-focused outreach.
· Play a key role in scaling a proven solution that improves lives without physical strain.
