- Build and maintain partnerships with community groups, corporates, and social service agencies.
- Plan, implement, and manage volunteer programmes and activities to support nursing home residents.
- Recruit, onboard, and engage volunteers; ensure retention and recognition.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance, maintain records, and update the volunteer database.
- Strengthen and sustain collaborative initiatives with partners.
- Organize and coordinate programmes/activities that address residents' social needs.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays when required.
Requirements
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore.
- Proven hands-on experience in community partnership and volunteer management roles.
