Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Support procurement and administrative tasks for ongoing projects
- Liaise with internal departments and external procurement units on purchasing matters
- Provide secretarial and coordination support for internal committees, including scheduling and dissemination of information
- Assist in planning and executing project timelines, supporting project leads in day-to-day activities
- Support engagement efforts with external partners and the wider community
- Maintain and update project-related databases and records
- Handle and log incoming feedback or requests from stakeholders and escalate to relevant departments
- Collate data and prepare regular or ad hoc reports for internal reviews and meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-ups with key stakeholders when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Preferably with experience in government administration or procurement support
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Contract Duration:
September 2025 – January 2026
Hourly Rate:
$15 per hour (Hourly-rated)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours/day)
