What the role is

You will contribute to SID's talent attraction, retention and reward by developing, implementing and reviewing compensation strategies and policies to keep SID pay packages market competitive and relevant to organisational goals.

What you will be working on


• Work closely with senior leadership to design and review compensation strategies and policies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation policies and strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and make recommendations for improvements to SID's remuneration frameworks
• Ensure good governance over compensation policies and alignment with organisational values and objectives
If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to:
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team's professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
