The Compliance Assistant will assist in ensuring the company's operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly in the areas of AML/CFT, KYC.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new and existing clients.
· Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) screening and monitoring.
· Maintain and update compliance registers, policies, and internal documentation.
· Assist in reviewing marketing materials and client communications for regulatory compliance.
· Help coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections.
· Monitor and track compliance training and certifications.
· Provide administrative support to the Compliance team, including filing, data entry, and document retrieval.
· Handle ad-hoc compliance-related tasks as assigned.
