Job Responsibilities:
Record Accounting Data
Timely record journal entries in the ERP system; print and archive vouchers and supporting documents.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly flash reports, analysis reports , and monthly financial reports.
3.
Audit and Internal Controls
- Support external audits by providing vouchers, schedules, reports, and assisting in drafting financial statements and reviewing final versions; assist with internal audits initiated by the Group by providing necessary documentation.
4.
Tax Compliance and Reporting
- Assist in submitting Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and support annual income tax filings; assist in preparing annual Transfer Pricing documentation; prepare and submit withholding tax returns; support tax-related data submissions for GTP.
5.
Cross-departmental and External Coordination
- Coordinate with local authorities (e.g., ACRA, IRAS), banks, company secretaries, and internal departments to ensure smooth progress of relevant matters.
6.
Administrative Support
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, document management, and other corporate affairs.
7.
Other Duties
- Undertake other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirments:
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related disciplines;
- CA,ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting;
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax rules;
Experience in Chinese corporations is an advantage.
Skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
- Familiar with financial consolidation and reporting workflows.
- Language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
