Install, configure, administer, and maintain software and associated hardware, in accordance with technical specifications.
Investigate, trouble‑shoot, and resolve POS or IT related problems.
Provide advice and support to all onsite / offsite events.
Update and manage the store inventory system and ensure the accuracy and updated information.
Ensure IT security for servers and computer systems for the Company.
Any other projects and duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Provide day‑to‑day support for backend office.
