We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our Advisory Team.
Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the partner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Organizing and maintaining confidential files, records, and documents.
Assist partner in conducting research and gathering information for reports, presentations and meetings. Assist to coordinate and schedule meetings and follow-up actions. Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including internal staff, clients, partners and vendors. Maintaining high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussion. Providing miscellaneous support as needed, and other ad hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess:
The candidate to possess minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree. Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Committed, result driven and self-reflective team player.
