Job Description
Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
Overseeing and directing construction works from conception to completion
Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Requirement
Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Construction industry locally.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
A team player with good communication skills
Meticulous and attentive to details
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
