Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services for projects.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement-related issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software, MS Office, and basic contract management.
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
