Job Title: Construction Project Assistant

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and integrate the construction process on-site for our client, a well-established builder and developer specializing in landed residential properties across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractors and track construction progress for timely completion.
- Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Source and evaluate quotations; assist in subcontractor/vendor selection.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and manage progress claims and variation orders.
- Support the project manager with planning and execution.
- Ensure safety compliance and good housekeeping on site.
- Handle project-related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Experience in landed residential construction, contract administration, and claim certification is a plus.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple sites independently.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
