Your responsibilities will include handling progress claims, verifying and finalizing project accounts, and liaising with consultants, architects, and developers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for purchasing, including calling for quotations and negotiations, and performing any additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Structural Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with contractors.
Experience in Civil Engineering works is also considered.
