Job Scope
Lead and supervise team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate requirements among stakeholders, project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the planning, design, tender, construction, handover, and operationalisation stages.
Track and update project progress, schedules, and activities for reporting and planning purposes.
Attend meetings and discussions with stakeholders and project teams, reviewing proposals and providing input to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
Assist stakeholders in planning, managing, and integrating resources to develop practical and effective solutions in line with organisational objectives.
Prepare and review presentation materials, reports, and documents to facilitate discussions and follow-ups.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Department Head.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Building, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong project management and coordination skills, with proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet cost, time, and quality targets.
