Roles & Responsibilities Position Summary
We are looking for experienced and driven Site Engineers to join our client's team in delivering key infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing road construction, ground foundation works, and traffic diversion activities on-site.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with local civil engineering experience to contribute to impactful public works.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, including road construction and ground foundation works.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and meet quality standards.
- Manage the implementation of traffic diversion plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates and reports to the project management team.
- Conduct routine inspections and promptly address site-related issues.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant local experience in road construction, foundation works, and traffic management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board or accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
