Job Description & Requirements
Develop and implement productivity enhancement strategies in alignment with company goals.
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources in construction projects
Work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations and productivity frameworks
Monitor construction progress and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Analyze workflow processes and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
Team Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to align productivity goals with project requirements
Implement cost-reduction measures through efficient planning and execution.
Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
