Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Project Coordinator to oversee and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise site teams, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, providing regular updates to management and clients on project status, milestones, and potential issues.
- E nsure all site activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and authorities for project coordination, inspections, and approvals.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Building, or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction management, preferably in civil, structural, or architectural works.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
