- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of protective equipment.
- Ensure that work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Address quality issues promptly

- Coordinating between various teams, subcontractors and engineers.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.
Documentation and administration
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Documenting project progress and assisting project managers with other matters.
- Maintain daily logs of site activities.
- Track attendance, delays, incidents, and inspections.
