Position Description
We are seeking aspirational candidates interested in a career in Consulting to join our Banking Domain and Practice.
The position will support Territory Heads, Delivery Managers, Portfolio and Project Managers, and teams of talented business and technology consultants in delivering solutions using Oracle applications, tools, and technology.
The successful candidate will work on value consulting, solutioning, and transforming complex business requirements into sound solutions to achieve successful outcomes for clients and drive customer references.
Long-term growth includes becoming a Subject Matter Expert in Business domain or Solution Architecture with full accountability for your projects and region.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to define and deliver enterprise solutions.
Develop practical roadmaps aligning with future state vision considering business, technical, and delivery constraints.
Analyze requirements and current architecture to create a future state vision focused on reducing complexity, costs, and risks.
Participate in architecture governance to ensure alignment with vision and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Domain Architects to apply principles, standards, and develop reference architectures.
Communicate principles, standards, and vision to stakeholders, addressing questions proactively.
Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on Enterprise Architecture.
Embed Platform Thinking in all activities.
Own and improve workflows, processes, and team accountabilities.
Promote learning and development within the team.
Job Requirements
Formal architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF).
Minimum 15 years of IT experience, preferably in large enterprises.
At least 7 years in Enterprise Architecture in a multi-location, multi-national environment.
Deep experience with mission-critical, enterprise IT solutions.
Expertise in Application Architecture, EAI, Microservices, Cloud-native tech.
Experience with domain-driven and event-driven architecture, Kafka, Spark.
Experience designing high-performance banking solutions, log analysis, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Oracle middleware.
Understanding of solution lifecycle, architecture frameworks, and heterogeneous platforms.
Strong grasp of all EA domains: business, data, application, infrastructure, security.
Ability to translate business strategies into actionable plans.
Experience in data modeling, design patterns, and EA tools.
Advanced RDBMS experience, especially with Oracle Multi-tenant databases.
Optional but preferred: experience in banking domains like CRM, transaction banking, lending, trade finance, or APIs.
Proven leadership in deploying cloud/on-prem solutions for large banks.
Experience with legacy migration, IT strategy consulting is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
