Job description:
We are looking for a Consumer Marketing (Associate) who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that grow awareness, usage, and engagement across our payment products.
You will also play a key role in driving new product launches, working cross-functionally to take new offerings to market with clarity, creativity, and speed.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow product awareness, drive consumer engagement and continuous usage.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, retail activations, and ATL, aligned with business goals and timelines.
- Translate product features, consumer insights and market trends into compelling campaign propositions and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, business and sales, analytics, operations, legal) and external partners (creative/media agencies, merchants, suppliers) for campaign development and execution.
- Demonstrate hands-on capability in creating a range of marketing assets including social content, digital banners, EDMs, in-store POSMs, product collaterals, website landing pages and video briefs.
- Skilled in a wide range of marketing disciplines, including content creation, copywriting, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, social media marketing and performance analytics.
- Ensure all marketing materials are brand-consistent, audience-relevant, and compliant with industry regulations and internal processes.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and consumer response to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and high standards of delivery.
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and regular budget tracking and reporting.
