Location: UBI, SINGAPORE
Role: SCDF CALL OPERATOR
Shift Pattern: 2 days work, 2 days off (12-hour shifts)
Day 1: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Day 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Day 3 & 4: Off

Strong ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
IMPORTANT
All shortlisted participants will be required to go through
Following the assessment and test, candidates will undergo a 2-week training course and 3 weeks of OJT.
FULL attendance for the 2-week training course and 3-week OJT will be necessary, during which training allowance will be paid.
Please note that the training course will be held daily at JALAN BAHAR (except first day at Ubi)
The training is estimated to take place from 3-21 November 2025.
