Customer Support Representative

  • Job Summary:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting client calls using Avaya soft phone.

  • Take on calls and provide satisfactory explanations to customers, taking remedial action where necessary.

  • Escalate issues through an escalation matrix to the team in PA for further assistance.

  • Record calls and input information into system.

  • Anticipate customer needs and give high priority to customer satisfaction.

  • Alert superiors of recurring service failures for corrective actions.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to contact centre projects.
