What You’ll Do
Develop and manage multi-channel content strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice.
Oversee the planning and execution of social media initiatives and content campaigns, leveraging trends, analytics, and paid media to maximize engagement and ROI.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, advising on emerging trends, addressing needs proactively, and providing regular updates on performance and strategic goals, alongside content planners
Lead a team of content planners and specialists, setting objectives, mentoring, and fostering collaboration with content creation teams.
Manage accounts and projects from conception to delivery, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources for smooth operations and high-quality output.
Analyze performance data to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure campaigns exceed expectations.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platforms, and best practices to keep client content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
What You’ll Bring
4–5 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or related roles, including client and account management.
Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant specialty.
Strong track record in managing multi-channel campaigns, including paid media.
Proven expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, and Lemon8.
Advanced skills in social media analytics and reporting (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for design.
