Contest Administration & Operations
- Oversee the full contest lifecycle, from registration to result processing and result announcement.
- Manage online and onsite contest administration, including contest papers, invigilation guidelines, and Contest Management systems.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely printing, packing, and delivery of contest materials (certificates, medals, papers).
- Ensure timely communication with partners, and participants regarding contest guidelines and updates.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with international country partners to ensure smooth coordination of contests.
- Provide timely support and resolution of queries related to contest procedures, registration, and results.
- Ensure professional handling of sensitive matters such as result verification, appeals, and policy clarifications.
Results & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with examiners and IT team to ensure accurate marking, scoring, and result uploads.
- Verify results, manage appeals, and ensure fairness and transparency in scoring systems.
- Implement quality checks for contest materials, result accuracy, and award distributions.
Global competitions Support
- Support planning and execution of Global competitions, both in Singapore and internationally.
- Assist with event logistics, and managing the contest at the venue.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in event/contest/academic program management preferred.
- Teachers with teaching experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
