This is a 1-year contract position.
As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to the ATV SPM organization in IFAP, including:
Secretarial tasks:
Daily administrative work supporting management and team members.
Travel arrangements:
Providing timely and effective travel planning.
Office management:
Driving continuous improvement of office and desk management.
Documentation:
Managing process and supply chain databases, and following up on supply requests.
Facilities management:
Ensuring proper functioning of facilities and office equipment, and facilitating onboarding of new staff.
Event support:
Assisting with setup for all-hands meetings, workshops, and team events.
You are best suited for this role if you have:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related certificate, with at least 2 years of experience.
Good command of English, an outspoken personality, systematic approach, and good time management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work autonomously within set boundaries and to challenge where appropriate.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience or exposure to diverse cultural environments is a plus.
This is a 12-month contract under a third-party payroll partner, with benefits according to the partner company.
