We are seeking a Contract Admin / Operations / Reception Staff to support daily operations, classroom activities, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Manage learner registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in daily operations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow up on payments and resolve outstanding fee matters.
- Handle learner and visitor enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support classroom set-up, maintenance, and equipment checks.
- Assist trainers during sessions as needed.
- Perform reception duties and general administrative tasks.
- Work on weekends to support training schedules (weekday off-days provided).

Requirements

- Willing to work on weekends.
