Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage improvement and development projects to enhance clinical operations and patient experience.
Support the strategic planning and implementation of new clinical service initiatives.
Guide a team in areas such as project management, data collection and analysis, budget planning, procurement, and resource management.
Collaborate closely with senior management, clinical heads, and ground operations teams to align strategies and achieve patient‐centred outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare administration or clinical operations.
