Jobs Responsibilities
- Servicing client accounts through understanding, anticipating, and executing client's transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support.
- Support RMs in client interaction and attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Prompt and accurate processing of clients banking and investment transactions
- Provides information pertaining to client accounts as well as collates reports, prepares client documents and follow-ups with clients, if necessary.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure that optimal client service is provided.
- Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards and escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Min.
3-4 years of client servicing in Premier/Private Banking - CACS Papers will be advantangeous
