Job Scope
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with transactions, account matters, and problem resolution.
- Provide feedback to improve workflows and productivity.
- Resolve customer issues within established guidelines
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any studies
- Able to commence work immediately
