1) Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and projects objectives.
2) Provide contractual advice and support to projects managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders.
3) Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of obligations.
4) Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risks and issues.
5) Manage contract changes, extensions, claims, and disputes in coordination with relevant parties.
6) Maintain accurate records of contracts correspondence, amendments, insurance certificates, and approvals.
7) Work closely with top management, procurement, and project team to align contract terms with business goals.
8) Support bid and tender processes by reviewing RFQs and preparing contract documentation.
9) Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
10) Conduct contracts closeout procedures upon project completion.
