- Ensure that customer orders move smoothly from entry to delivery by monitoring and manage the order books
- Coordinate creation of outbound deliveries and ensure shipments to be in line with shipping calendars
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customer Care on order status, delays, and escalations.
- Work closely with planning, warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to align on fulfilment priorities.
- Ensure customer documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs papers) are complete
- Work closely with the shipping team to ensure transport bookings are secured and outbound shipments are tracked
- Ensuring data accuracy in SAP
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/ Logistics & Supply Chain with at least 2 years in order management
- Experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Working Location: Tuas (with various transport pick up points) / Working Hours: 7:45am to 4:15pm (Mondays to Fridays)
