Job Description
Project Coordination & Execution Lead the overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts to ensure successful delivery.
Project Management Methodology Establish and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high-quality standards, and fulfil user expectations.
Planning & Team Oversight Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and oversee daily work efforts.
Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and elevate issues related to functionality, quality, or timelines as necessary.
Milestone Tracking & Resource Adjustment Track key project milestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving customer needs.
Stakeholder Communication Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project scope, budget, risks, and resource requirements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
8 to 15 years of IT work experience, including 5 to 8 years in managing projects.
Possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Skilled in resource management practices and change management techniques.
Preferably experienced in the Financial and Banking industry.
Capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders across various functions, including business users and system teams.
Able to quickly understand and execute internal procedures and processes in alignment with compliance and governance frameworks.
Proficient in preparing and presenting project reports to senior management.
