Responsibilities
- Arranged for admissions interviews with applicants and faculty members
- Update database promptly
- Involve in Admissions Teas and virtual sharing sessions
- Assist Communication manager on outreach events includes prepare slides, set up surveys and prepare survey reports
- Assist in making procurements by obtaining quotations and vendor management
- Reconcile SAP reports (selected cost centre only)
- Updating the alumni database periodically
- As assigned depending on needs

- Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years of experience or degree holder
- Must enjoy a dynamic working environment and with positive thinking
- Able to work as a team player and liaise with internal and external parties
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., entering data, using basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and spoken language
- Must enjoy meeting and interact with people
