Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage, assess and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to provide a clear indication of project requirements.
- Formulation of fee proposals and preparation of necessary documentation for RFP submissions.
- Prepare, review and make recommendations in the negotiation of terms and conditions of Main Services Agreement / Sub-Consultancy Agreements, in collaboration with all necessary internal stakeholders.
- Review Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), with in-house legal advisor.
- Assist the Directors in liaising with Employers, Consultants and internal stakeholders in managing overall financial health of the projects, i.e.: invoicing, resource projections, etc.
- Reviews, comments and recommends on the adaptation made on Standard Conditions of Contract by the Client's lawyer/Quantity Surveyor to suit project needs.
- Liaises with Consultants, Contractor Representatives in addressing architectural and contractual matters.
- Assists the client in the appointment of specialist sub consultants, who will be contracted directly with the client.
- Monitoring of contractual agreement to prepare re-negotiation / subsequent negotiation, initiate appropriate measures, etc.
- Assist the Project Architect in preparing additional services claims to the client.
- Document project thoroughly for the purpose of claims management.
Requirements
- Graduate with a recognized Degree in Construction Management, Construction Economics, Science in Building or equivalent
- Possesses 3 - 4 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Relevant experience in handling projects on PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS and any other forms of international contracts
- Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
