Responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented,
self-driven Contracts Manager to provide end-to-end support for contracts
and agreements, ensuring obligations and objectives are met and projects are
delivered in accordance with internal policies.
Draft, review and manage contracts and vendor agreements to safeguard organisational interests;
Oversee procurement and tender activities, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements;
Monitor budgets, track variations and oversee claims administration to ensure financial performance remains on target;
Support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure favourable outcomes;
Prepare and present relevant reports to management for informed decision-making;
Ensure accurate maintenance of agreements, correspondences and approval records for audit readiness;
Track project milestones and contractual obligations, ensuring timely compliance across multiple projects;
Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related issues and resolve escalations;
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in any Business, Information Technology, Project Management or any discipline;
At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role, managing and administering contracts for IT projects;
Ability to work well with various external parties as well as internal cross-functional teams;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Strong organisational skills, collaboration skills and attention to detail;
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
Discretion and high standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
