Conveyancing Secretaries / Litigation Secretaries Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring APAC Law Corporation


Job description

We are inviting candidates to apply for the following roles:

1) Legal Secretaries (Conveyancing)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling the full set of BUC/ HDB/Private Resale matters
  • Able to liaise with banks, the CPF Board, solicitors, and clients on various conveyancing matters
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented

2) Legal Secretaries (Litigation)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling Motor Accident claims
  • Familiarity with e-Litigation and court procedures
  • Able to manage and maintain case files and documentation
  • Independent, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision
