Operate and manage different cooking stations efficiently to meet food preparation demands
Train Kitchen Helpers and junior staff on cooking basics, food safety, and equipment usageConduct food safety checks, including temperature monitoring and cleanliness inspections
Chef de Partie (CDP):
Take full ownership of assigned stations like the fryer, teppanyaki grill, or oven
Supervise and guide junior chefs—delegate tasks, train on recipes, and maintain food standards
Monitor inventory, input transactions, and support stock control
Manage food quantity forecasts, handle WhatsApp orders, and respond to daily sales demand

Prior experience in hot kitchen operations preferred (Cook or CDP level)
