Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and fusion dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and well-prepared for daily service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety practices.
- Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
- Work closely with the team to deliver consistent quality and a memorable dining experience.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Cook or Chef in Japanese , Western or Asian cuisine preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Passionate about food quality, presentation, and continuous improvement.
