Meta Authorized Sales Partners (ASPs) are personal, locally accessible marketing advisors that bring high quality sales service and consulting to agencies & direct advertisers in previously underserved emerging markets.
Meta Authorized Sales Partners currently operate in 41 countries with expected growth in other regions and countries.
These partners go through a rigorous selection and training process and hire local teams who are physically accessible as trusted advisors to their clients.
The ASP Program is focused on identifying, selecting, enabling and scaling these partners and on empowering the regional sales teams who directly correspond to these partners.

We are looking for someone with a track record in managing successful projects with a deep understanding of digital and traditional advertising ecosystems internationally, partner due diligence, compliance risk, and who is able to roll up their sleeves and drive project success, enabling our partners to drive economic impact in emerging markets.
As Coordinator, Market and Partner Insights you will work with internal and external partners to conduct deep dives into emerging markets, create recommendations and execute on projects with a high degree of accuracy and constant, clear project communications.
The ideal candidate is able to work cross-functionally with teams such as: Sales, Policy, Communications, Compliance, Business Planning & Operations, Legal, etc.
Responsibilities:
Ensure data driven decision making, define KPIs, track, analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and risk trends
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive research projects on market conditions and the ASP Programs partners
Monitor ongoing market and geopolitical conditions in markets with partner presence
Manage partner-centric projects and initiatives
Build and manage frameworks, processes, and central documentation of all project communications to maintain operational consistency and alignment across teams
Build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions.
Project manage mandated annual market and partner risk reviews and diligence renewal processes and real-time market risk monitoring.
Manage cross-functional teams work flows to ensure the on-time delivery of risk assessments of 40 markets and partner subsidiaries.
Maintain up to date risk scoring on partner markets using multi-faceted risk scoring matrix
Coordinate the escalation and evaluation processes of new and emerging risks uncovered through review and monitoring.
Maintain rigorous, auditable documentation of findings, escalations, and outcomes.
Build expertise within the ASP Central Programs team to represent the Risk & Compliance process to internal XFN including BP&O and regional sales
Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4-6 years of relevant working experience
PMP Certification
Experience in the Advertising sector or with Media/Advertising clients
Experience with risk analysis and mitigation
Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
Good writing, project management and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal skills in English
Emerging Markets experience preferred
