Responsibilities
Partner with residents and community groups to plan and run activities and interest groups
Encourage and support residents to lead their own activities
Work with local leaders and stakeholders to deliver meaningful programs
Collect feedback to improve future programs and understand residents' needs
Promote and guide residents to join health, social, and community programs
Encourage involvement in activities such as exercise, volunteering, and interest groups
Oversee daily operations and logistics of the physical space
Handle budgeting, attendance tracking, and data collection for program evaluation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
2–3 years of experience in social care, aged care, or community engagement
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Well-organized and able to manage time and tasks effectively
