Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to align work programs.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage correspondence between clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Assist in material requisitions and purchase orders.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure site works comply with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor site activities and progress.
- Coordinate between trades to avoid work clashes.
