Your Key Responsibilities
As a Core Banking Business Process Analyst, you will analyze and optimize core banking processes for our clients in the banking industry.
Your responsibilities include:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
Collaborate with stakeholders, analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
Use modeling techniques to document processes, KPIs, and business rules.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, document specifications, and ensure clear communication with IT teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and act as a trusted advisor on industry best practices.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Work with IT to design automation solutions, ensure integration, and validate changes through testing and training.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor process performance, conduct reviews, and stay informed on emerging trends and technologies.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Understanding of economic or market issues and their impact on clients.
Strong interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills.
Ability to leverage technology for learning and service improvement.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar in core banking or financial services.
Experience with Temenos T24 preferred.
Knowledge of BPM methodologies and tools; ARIS certification a plus.
Experience with process automation and workflow management systems.
Understanding of agile methodologies and project management is advantageous.
