Responsibilities
Presale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sales testing support, etc.
Responsible for organizing, replying, and clarifying the tender/bidding.
Establish and maintain good customer relationships; seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.
Collect and analyse all marketing information to complete market insight and ensure product competitiveness.
Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts; produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to promote full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
Create cooperative business plans with service providers and their partners, help to define new business models and support product features.
Identify, quantify and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication/ IT or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge in the fields of Core Network including: 5G, VoLTE etc.
Good understanding of customers’ needs in order to design the desired solution.
3 years of related product technical pre-sales working experience in ICT industry.
With tender/bidding project experience.
With proven ability to partner with service providers and develop new business models for service subscribers using new technologies.
With proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management & proven record of sales target.
Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies.
Excellent collaboration skills with different levels of people & dept (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing).
Creative and with good problem solving skill.
A result oriented person and willing to accept new challenges.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English where Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
