Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurances and other employee perks.
- Evaluate and negotiate with corporate clients to provide competitive benefits rates and services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
- Analyze benefits data and trends to make informed recommendations for plan enhancements.
Communicate benefits information to clients through various channels, including presentations, written materials, and one-on-one consultations.
- Handle client's inquiries and issues related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum Local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
